Good value, easy to work with, good communication.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We needed a home for 9 people on very short notice, and these hosts truly went above and beyond. The house was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic—less than a 5-minute walk to breweries, coffee shops, great restaurants, and bars, making it easy to explore. When we realized there wasn’t a pack and play, they had one delivered within a few hours, along with chocolates, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Communication was excellent, and despite our last-minute booking, they even arranged a cleaning crew so the home was ready for us. Their kindness and hospitality turned a stressful situation into an amazing experience. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home!

Our hosts were very responsive and house was just as the description. This was a perfect location for our small family. Our son had a baseball tournament this weekend and it was only 20 min away from Grand Park.

Loved everything about this property and host! Location was perfect relaxing had everything we needed and more the kids loved the tree swing! The host communicated quickly and friendly when I had any questions. The home had everything and honestly exceeded our expectations made my son’s birthday so special. We caught several fish made s’mores a perfect get away for family and kids.

Our extended family of 7 stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The grandchildren & adults really enjoyed the game room. We had a few minor issues & the host was extremely prompt in their response ( matter of minutes) to resolve the issue. Easy 5-10 minute drive into downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The home had everything we could possibly need. It was very comfortable, especially with the hot weather Indianapolis was experiencing during our stay.
