The house was very cute and decorated well. There were some issues that we addressed with management and they took care of it while we were there for our stay. Overall the house was comfortable, just a few items that needed to be addressed. The area was a little further than we thought we would be and we had to drive a bit for restaurants, etc. The neighbors were a bit noisy and we could hear the raceway from the house.

Walkable to Lucas Oil!! The host always responded quickly and was very helpful!

Brentwood home was lovely and so spacious for the people that were in my group. We enjoyed our stay, everything was great! I would definitely recommend this house, and book it again!!

This home was perfect for our Indy reunion with friends! The house was spacious, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and had all the amenities we needed for our weekend stay. Communication from the host was above average and when we had questions about the grill, they were quick to respond. If I was being extra nitpicky, I'd say that I wish the dishwasher was bigger and the couches were a bit more comfortable. Overall we were super happy and would love to come back for our next reunion!

Nice place. As advertised. Older house - 1930's. Completely renovated on the inside. My family felt at home immediately.

Came down to Indianapolis with friends to run the Indy Mini and spend the weekend in town. Had great time in the house and enjoyed all the space! Secondly, appreciated all the communication with the Host when needed. And lastly, loved that it was walkable into downtown!

This is an absolutely gorgeous house. It is spacious and modern and comfortable throughout. It is very well maintained and completely clean and tidy. The furnishings are comfortable and the house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is lovely. We walked to dinner both nights and visited the brewery next door a couple of times. It is a surprising oasis in the neighborhood of Fountain Square. We were a group of seven and enjoyed our stay. We are already planning a return visit.
