"We were in town for the Indy 500, and this house couldn’t have been better. Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown and only 15 minutes to the track. Also only 15 minutes from the airport. We walked / scootered into downtown a couple of times as well. The house is beautiful, newly remodeled, well appointed, has a garage, grill, nice kitchen, etc. Four of us stayed at the house and it was more than enough space. Gabe and Kiki were very proactive with their communication and incredibly responsive with our small questions. They had an issue with the house we had originally booked, and immediately remedied the situation prior to our arrival by moving us to this property, even though it was the day before our arrival. I greatly appreciated their hospitality-minded, “one size fits one” approach (when we arrived there were custom cookies for us, etc.). They collected and connected dots incredibly well. If we find ourselves in Indianapolis again we will seek out a Brentwood property."

Parking: Access to a 1 car garage as well as ample street parking.it is accessed via an alleyway, can be tight to get into. The garage is not deep, best suited for smaller vehicles! Rideshare apps pick up within minutes, electric scooters, as well as a short walk or drive to everything!

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the front entrance and the backyard. These are motion activated and can be remotely monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living are that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
